Cornerstone Youth Ministry (CYM) exists to invite 6th-12th grade students to Come to Christ, Connect in meaningful relationships, find opportunities to Serve, cultivate spiritual Growth, and become equipped to Go make disciples. In short, CYM exists to facilitate the Cornerstone Pathway in a student-specific way. For this reason, our programming is all about meeting students where they are and helping them in their journey with God.

CYM is in partnership with the parents of our students. We believe parents are meant to take the primary role in discipling their students. We seek to come alongside parents as they actively guide their teens to live out their faith and to make Jesus-centered life decisions. We provide parents with encouragement, direction, and resources to help them as they disciple their students.

What Should I Expect?

At Prayer Breakfast, students and CYM leadership gather to share life over a meal and pray for each other and what God is doing in their communities. After the meal, we talk about concerns God is laying on our hearts. Each person then picks a prayer request and we pray together!

Why Should I Come?

If we want to seek God first in everything, then starting the week…really each day…in prayer is imperative. Prayer Breakfast is a great place to practice and develop those habits of prayer. It’s also a lot of fun and there’s some pretty great food too!
